If the Mind dwells upon the spiritual things, then it follows that it becomes what it has dwelt upon, what it has lived upon, what it has made itself a portion of.
But if the Mind dwells upon self-indulgences, self-aggrandizement, self-exaltation, selfishness in any of its forms, in any of its variations, then it has set itself at variance to that First Cause: and we have that entered in as from the beginning, that of making will–through the Mind–at variance to Creative Forces before it has come into the movements of matter that we know as physical, material.
EC262-78 (Edgar Cayce)
There may be different channels of approach, yes. For not all peoples walked in the field when the wheat was ripe. Neither did all stand at the tomb when Lazarus was called forth. Neither were they all present when He walked on the water, nor when He fed the five thousand, nor when He hung on the Cross. Yet each experience answered, and does answer to something within each individual soul-entity. For each soul is a corpuscle in the body of God.

Being Kind Not in some great deed of heroism; not in some great speech or act that may be pointed to with pride-but rather in the little kindnesses from day to day …
Reading 3795-1 (Edgar Cayce)
Soul development should take precedence over all things.
(3357-2) (Edgar Cayce)
Do not work self into a state of over-anxiety at the changes that will be found, or attempt to use up the strength and vitality … Forget not the sources of thine inspiration …

The first lesson for six months should be
One-One-One- One;
Oneness of God, oneness of man’s relation, oneness of force, oneness of time, oneness of purpose, Oneness in every effort-
Oneness- Oneness!

I am trying to find more quotes from Edgar Casey. When I first heard of Mr Casey several years ago I was amazed. I would also like to know what books I can find that would give accurate accounts and life styles of the man.
Are there any videos that I might also be able to see regarding the man?
Please e-mail me back with any information.
Thank you

Hi Erica,
One of the prime Edgar Cayce biographies is this one: Edgar Cayce: An American Prophet
I would start with “Story of Edgar Cayce: There Is a River
” the book that made me a believer of Edgar Cayce.
Im a big fan of EC, wat he says is wat i do. Well i try. Im on a mission to become at one! I hav a 6 month old who i teach evryday all about tha law! I think thats all he needs to know, its answered every ? Ive had. Think speake n act wit love is wat i teach him. Any baby info n e one knows? Theres not much in detail online.
Being a fan of EC…would you know if Mr. Casey did any reading with African American…during his time, segregation did take place….I’m wondering, if any AA did visit Mr. Casey.
Thanks
Very good question. Given the times he lived in, I would not be surprised if he was NOT visited by African Americans. I would also not be surprised to find out he had written about how the issues should be resolved, nor would I be surprised if he gave some spiritual justification for the social differences.
However, I don’t know either way.
i wonder what he meant by word (oness) in this quote The first lesson for six months should be
One-One-One- One;
Oneness of God, oneness of man’s relation, oneness of force, oneness of time, oneness of purpose, Oneness in every effort-
Oneness- Oneness
